Post-Construction Cleaning
This service removes construction dust and light debris after renovations or remodeling to prepare the space for use. Includes detailed dusting of surfaces, cabinets, trim, fixtures, interior windows, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and floor vacuuming and mopping.
Important Notes: Property must be free of large debris. Heavy buildup, paint overspray, or hazardous materials are not included. Final pricing is based on condition and size and will be reflected on the invoice at the completion of service. Utilities must be available at the time of service.
Post-Construction Cleaning
This service removes construction dust and light debris after renovations or remodeling to prepare the space for use. Includes detailed dusting of surfaces, cabinets, trim, fixtures, interior windows, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and floor vacuuming and mopping.
Important Notes: Property must be free of large debris. Heavy buildup, paint overspray, or hazardous materials are not included. Final pricing is based on condition and size and will be reflected on the invoice at the completion of service. Utilities must be available at the time of service.
Refrigerator contents will be removed for cleaning provided the quantity of items is not excessive. For best results, we recommend scheduling this service when the refrigerator is nearly empty, such as prior to your next grocery trip.
Deep cleaning of the oven interior to remove grease, food residue, and buildup, improving appearance and performance. Exterior surfaces are wiped for a clean, refreshed look.
Cabinets can get yucky! Please clear out your cabinet beforehand and we will clean all the surfaces in each cabinet!
